A Trip to the Zoo

For our first day of Spring Break, we decided to head to the zoo. It was the only full day of Spring Break that Daddy was home to be with us and it was going to be good weather so we figured the zoo would perfect! Brayden said he wasn't sure he wanted to walk the whole time so we took the double stroller! First time I've used it in awhile and I think we decided we probably could have done the zoo without a stroller at all. Our boys aren't babies anymore! It was nice to have to hold our snacks and drinks however!

The boys enjoyed seeing the little elephant.

We caught feeding time at the gorilla enclosure. They threw them celery, carrots, and lettuce and the lettuce was apparently their favorite and the first thing to be snatched up.
This one came over and looked right up at us.

The Orangutans were quite entertaining. I loved their facial expressions!

This peacock was loud and trying to get everyone's attention while I was waiting for the boys and Brian to get on the carousel.
Of all the animals you could pick to ride, Easton wanted to sit on the peacock chair. Brian tried to convince him otherwise but our stubborn boy didn't budge on his choice!
Brayden picked a snake on a log to ride.

LOVED this baby riding on it's Mom's back.
The tigers were Brayden's favorite.
These three male tigers are triplets! Made me think what three boys instead of two running around my house would be like!
Watching the giraffes.
What a crazy long tongue! And how funny that they like pinecones!
