Brayden's Dinosaur Birthday Party

Tonight we celebrated Brayden's third birthday with family and had the dinosaur birthday party he'd been asking for!  A few days ago he and I went to the party store and got the supplies!  He picked dinosaur party hats, napkins, plates, and those blowout things but he wanted sports birthday candles!  We decorated with streamers, balloons, and of course, Brayden's dinosaurs!  With Easton joining our family so recently we wanted to make sure Brayden had a great birthday and so we had Great Grandma Price, Great Grandma & Great Grandpa Petersen, Grandma Petersen, Grandma & Grandpa Leavitt, Aunt Torey, Uncle Logan, Uncle Bruce, Aunt Beth, cousin Rachel, and "Uncle" Shane over to celebrate!   While we waited until dinner was ready and everyone to arrive, we played a dinosaur bean bag toss game.  Then we had pizza and a veggie tray for dinner before opening presents.
He was VERY excited for his party and had never gotten regular clothes on for the day because he wore his dinosaur costume ALL DAY!
He got LOTS of presents!!  Most of them involved dinosaurs or baseball so of course they were a hit!  Especially Uncle Shane's baseball present!  I need to get some video of him playing with that!  It's the best thing ever since it doesn't require Mom and Dad's help!!
This was him when he saw his present coming down the hallway!
He kept asking for "that big T-Rex Long Neck from Target" for his birthday!  We found it on KSL classifieds brand new for much less than the original price!
Grandma didn't know the costume she made was the exact same colors as Spike!  He loved copying what Spike was doing!
The dinosaur cake!  I found it in my Family Fun magazine and it was TOO easy compared to last year's School Bus cake!  Brayden told everyone he was having "a dinosaur birthday cake with dirt you can eat!"  (The dirt was chocolate graham crackers and the bones were sugar cookies!)
Blowing out the candles!
Yeah, I'd say he loved his cake!
Brian and his brother, Bruce, with their kids!
The babies of the family together.
It was the first time Great Grandma and Great Grandpa met Easton.  With two little babies around, Great Grandma held Easton while Great Grandpa held Rachel.
