I've been working for the last week or so on having Penny shake. Once we taught her to sit, how to shake was the next trick on the list. Today after I gave her a bath and got her all nice and clean and fluffy again, she got a treat. And to earn her treat she had to sit and then we usually work on shaking but today she totally did it on her own!

And just in case you thought the one time was a fluke, here's proof she did it more than once! She's really the best puppy! She only barks or whines to go out to go to the bathroom normally and she's only had two accidents (both on our tile) since Brian left Sunday night. She goes and finds a quiet place away from the boys and takes a nap when she wants to and lately at night after the kids are in bed she just comes and snuggles on my lap. Brian's already said we can't get another dog because she's setting the bar REALLY high! We just love her!

No photos from today because we just laid low while trying to all feel better. Brayden felt fine most of the day until about 6:30pm and the fever came back. Aunt Stephanie came and had dinner with us so that was nice to break up our days of being home & sick! We haven't driven anywhere in the car since Monday! Yikes! Cabin fever is setting in! I'm determined to get out tomorrow....even if it's going through the drive thru somehwere! Hopefully tomorrow is a better day!
Also keep my Grandpa Leavitt in your prayers please. He had a seizure this afternoon and a temp of 104 degrees and was transported to the hospital in an ambulance. Hopefully tests will show why this happened today. That on top of his Parkinson's diesease isn't great. Hopefully he can be on the mend soon cause we sure love "Gramps"!
