Brian didn't go into much detail about Easton's birth but here's a condensed version of the story...We arrived at the hospital around 9:30 am they started the induction around 10 am. My doctor came and broke my water at 11:30 am and after that, contractions got pretty intense. They measure them on a scale from 0-100 and mine were peaking at 100 and were about two minutes apart! Epidural please! I got my epidural at about 12:45 pm and was a MUCH happy camper after that! I pretty much just slept off and on for the rest of my labor! I wasn't dialating much (I was only 4 cm at 2pm) and I was getting scared that I would be having a Valentine's baby! Brayden and my Mom came and brought dinner and ate with Brian around 6 pm and at 7 pm when they checked me I was dialated to 6 cm. Then at 8 pm I was 10 cm and since I was tired from such a long day they let me just rest up for a little over an hour before pushing. 20 minutes of pushing and Easton was born at 9:48 pm. He was posterior so I'm thinking that contributed to long day of labor! He nursed right away and has been a GREAT eater! Bruce, Beth, and Rachel came and visited that night before Easton got all cleaned up and we finally got to bed around 3 am!

So cute! He really is a darling baby! Some babys are not very cute and he really is sooooooo cute! I still cant believe how cute you looked right after having Easton! I looked like I had been in labor all day and you look like it was a breeze and yours was longer! Very cute pictures!
