Pike Place Market

One of my favorite things to do while in Seattle is to go to Pike Place Market.  This time Brian and I were lucky enough to be able to go just the two of us!  We love people watching and just looking at all the things the market has to offer.
It's so fun to see all the produce and find things you've never seen or tried before!

My FAVORITE thing at the market...Daily Dozen Doughnuts!  I think we ended up taking 5 dozen of these little heavenly doughnuts home with us that day!
We couldn't believe the size of these lobster tails!  They were like $45 a pound and the guy thought they were about 2-3 pounds a piece!
I love seeing all the seasonal flowers!  Had we not been going camping the next day, some of them would have made the trip back home with us!

Besides the doughnuts, my other favorite purchase of the day was this great watercolor by Michael J. Eberhardt!  It will be hung in Brayden's bathroom once it's framed with one of our other paintings that has umbrellas and fun bright colors in it!  I saw it on our trip in May when I went to the market but wanted Brian to see it before I bought it!  I can't wait to get it hung!

When James and I went to Seattle in July we didn't go to Pike's Place. I wussed out because it was SO crowded! Looking at your pictures I'm thinking next time we are going to go for sure. The flowers are beautiful and the donuts... yum!
