After our helicopter ride, we hit up Costco for some treats and snacks for the week. We went back to the hotel and ate our rotisserie chicken and fresh pineapple for lunch on our balcony and then headed to the pool for a swim and pina coladas. Afterwards we got cleaned up and headed up to Princeville for dinner. We had made reservations for dinner at the Kauai Grill at the St Regis Princeville Resort. We were seated next to the window and had a perfect view to watch the sunset.
Brian's delicious Kona lobster. Somehow I didn't get a picture of my AMAZING Mahi-Mahi. It just melted in my mouth! So yummy!
And of course some chocolate cake and ice cream for dessert.
They also brought out a raspberry sorbet as an anniversary gift.
It was an AMAZING dinner and a wonderful way to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary!

Wow Jamie! That helicopter ride looked AMAZING. What a neat experience! I've been telling Jason for years that for our 10th year anniversary we need to go to Hawaii. We'll see if it happens! Happy Anniversary to you two! What a fun trip.
