Def Leppard/Styx/Foreigner Concert

On Friday, September 7th, Brian and I went to the Def Leppard/Styx/Foreigner concert. My parents and Logan and Torey came along too, my parents entertained some of my Dad's clients and had good seats instead of the lawn ones the rest of us got! We were really excited and brushed up on all the music by listening to their cds almost every chance we got! We figured it would be filled with people around the age of our parents but we were more surprised by the type of people that showed up instead of their age! From our seats, we witnessed a fight, saw thousands of totally drunk concertgoers, and smelled the smoke from hundreds of cigarettes (although that wasn't the only type of smoke we smelled!). I guess we really went to a hard rock concert! It was a lot of fun though and I'm still listening to all their music over a week later! My Uncle Ryan and Aunt Laura had lawn seats too and we just happened to end up finding them in the crowd so they sat with us too! They were much calmer than the other two nuts!
Such nuts! We had lots of fun with them though! And we're glad we got to go to Logan's first concert with him!
It was a perfect night for a concert! We just could have done with less smoke around us...we felt like we all smelled like smoke afterwards! Next time we see a concert at the Usana Amphitheatre, we'll go back to having actual seats! (We saw John Mayer and Maroon 5 there a few years ago from the Usana box suite! We were spoiled!)
