On Tuesday we went and hiked to the base of Snoqualmie Falls with Grandma Petersen and Aunt Stephanie. It was our first hiking experience with the backpack that we just recently bought off Craig's List. (We used it on Memorial Day too when we did the Seattle Underground Tour for Stephanie's birthday!) It was such a nice hike down to the falls and just perfect weather! We took some pictures at the end of the boardwalk and then Brian, Brayden, and I climbed down below the boardwalk to get a closer look. It was fun to take Brayden there with us for the first time since that's where Brian "officially" proposed to me over 5 years ago! He loved to throw rocks in the water and was VERY upset with us when we put him back in the backpack to hike back up to the car!

Brian and I....we had to have a picture taken of us here since we took a self portrait of ourselves when we got engaged, and it wasn't that great. We actually got engaged down on a rock in front of the falls.
