We really LOVED the time we got to spend with Grandma & Grandpa Petersen while they were in town for the baby blessings! We mostly enjoyed just hanging out in between the events of the blessing weekend. It was good to be all together as a family for a day and a half! (Brian didn't get back into town until Saturday night and Stephanie was the first of the family to leave on Sunday!) Brayden was VERY sad to see them go! Hopefully time flies between now and July when we'll see them again...if we can all hold out that long!

Brayden enjoyed playing basketball outside with Grandpa!
We went to PF Changs for dinner with them one night and Brayden LOVED sharing hot and sour soup with Grandpa!
He thought he was pretty cool doing everything that Grandpa did! And of course, food tastes better when Grandma or Grandpa offer it instead of Mom and Dad!
We enjoyed spending time with Great Grandma & Great Grandpa Petersen too! Easton loved watching Great Grandma talk to him!

Brayden hasn't always been willing to hop up on Great Grandma Petersen's lap for a story but recently decided he liked it!
Curious George is the way to Brayden's heart!
This rake and wheel barrow below are two of the things Brayden came back with after a "Grandpa Date." Daddy went too and they visited Home Depot, WalMart, and Lowes before finding Brayden his own garden tools! Besides the rake and wheel barrow, he's excited to use his hoe and shovel in the garden with Mom and Dad too!
With the Spring weather giving way to Winter currently, the wheel barrow is carrying around stuffed animals "pretending" to be tomatoes through the house!
Grandpa and Dad also finally hung the baseball bat shelf that Grandpa made for Brayden! He's loving that he can hang his hats up and has somewhere to put his baseball bobble heads!
