Kellen Opens His Mission Call!!!

My brother, Kellen, finally opened his mission call tonight! That means it sat at my parents house for had 5 days before he opened it!! We had probably had about 30 people there, plus 3 cell phones connecting a few other people too! Kellen seemed pretty nervous the last hour before he opened it but he's happy now! We think he was pretty relieved when he read where he was going!

Our Great Grandma who lives in Wenatchee, Washington was the winner in guessing where he was going! She didn't get the mission right, but guessed one of the countries right! There were a TON of people really close but she was the winner! Brian, Brayden, and I were off quite a bit....I was the closest of the three of us though!! :)

We videotaped him opening his call so look for the video to come soon!!

Cutting the envelope open

Making sure everyone on the cell phones were ready! Grandma & Grandpa Leavitt got their last minute guesses in!

Okay, here I go...

"You are hereby called to serve in the Brussels Belgium Netherlands Mission!!!"

Kellen with most of his friends who were there....they devoured almost 8 pizzas!

Kellen is going to the Brussels Belgium Netherlands Mission speaking French! He enters the MTC on August 1st!!

Congrats Kellen! We're so excited for you!! Be sure to send us some Belgian Chocolate, diamonds from Antwerp, and learn how to make good Belgian waffles! Just kidding! (Only about the diamonds!) You're going to be a great missionary!
