After thirteen months of life, Brayden got his first set of stitches last night. He was walking around Grandma & Grandpa Leavitt's house last night, tripped, and hit his head on the piano. It was really gushing but he is doing very well now. It was quite the traumatic event though, especially for Mom who had to leave the room! (I didn't want to watch and they had to strap him down and everything!!) We had to take him to Urgent Care to be stiched up. Thank goodness they were open until 10pm, since we got there about 10 minutes before they closed!! After about a hour there, he now has five stiches in his forehead.
I'm so glad this happened while Brian was still home since he flew to Los Angeles this morning!! Let's hope Brayden will let them take the stitches out when the time comes with all the trauma he went through last night!

As you can see, he was pretty happy once we got home and were getting him ready for bed.
