Georgia Aquarium

Monday was our last day in Atlanta and since Brian was done working, the three of us headed to the Georgia Aquarium before our 3 pm flight back home!  It's the world's largest aquarium and it didn't disappoint.  We were impressed with all the fish they have there and loved the Ocean Voyager exhibit!  (It has 6 million gallons of water, 4 whale sharks, and the 2nd largest viewing window in the world!)  One of our favorite animals we didn't get a good picture of was the Japanese Spider Crabs!  Besides being Japanese, we liked them because they can grow to be the size of a CAR and live to be 100 years old!
A Whale Shark swimming overhead.
Brayden and Daddy in the tunnel.
We can't remember what kind of shark that was, but we thought it's nose was really something!
This is a Weedy seadragon...not a great picture but one of our favorite fish at the aquarium.
Brayden loved the penguins.
They had three Beluga Whales that were fun to watch.
Brayden LOVED all the colorful fish!
These Alligators reminded us of Uncle Bruce's mission to Florida...probably because he brought everyone back an Alligator head!
This touch pool was the one Brayden was REALLY excited about...the one with the sharks and rays scared him.
Jellyfish
Brayden was perfectly content to just watch me touch the rays and sharks in this tank.  We tried but besides having short arms, he was just too afraid of them!
There were fish that looked like Dorie from Finding Nemo in this tank and he loved to find them!

Your aquarium pictures look great! My favorite is the one of the back view of Brayden pointing up at the fish. I love seeing all of your Atlanta pictures. Thanks for visiting!
